Donate

There are many ways to give to KLCAS. From BottleDrop and Fred Meyer rewards to vehicle donations and planned giving through your trust or will, every contribution makes a difference.

You decide where your money goes.

When you give to KLCAS, your dollars don’t disappear into a system, they stay right here, supporting neighbors, families, and individuals in Klamath and Lake Counties.

Every contribution helps provide stable energy assistance, stable housing and other essential supportive services to those who need it most.

Include KLCAS in your Trust or Will

Including Klamath & Lake Community Action Services (KLCAS) in your trust or will is a meaningful way to create lasting impact in our community. A planned gift allows you to support our mission while also providing flexibility for you and your family.

You may choose to donate a percentage of your estate, ensuring your support grows in proportion to your legacy.

How to use the Trust & Will language

  1. Decide on your gift
Choose the percentage of your estate you wish to leave to KLCAS.

  2. Select the correct paragraph

    • Use the Trust Language if you are updating a living trust.

    • Use the Will Language if you are updating or creating a last will and testament.

  3. Complete the blank
Replace “___%” with your chosen percentage.

  4. Share with your attorney or estate planner
Ask them to include the language in your trust or will. Most updates can be made with a simple amendment.

  5. (Recommended) Let KLCAS know
Notifying us of your intention helps ensure your wishes are honored. Recognition is always optional, and your gift can remain anonymous.
