--What will I need to apply? 1.    Proof of income for all adults in the home for the last 60 days. 2.    A copy of all pages of your lease. 3.    A copy of the court summons. 4.    ID’s for all adults in the home 5.    Social security cards for everyone in the home 6.    A completed application.
