Including Klamath & Lake Community Action Services (KLCAS) in your trust or will is a meaningful way to create lasting impact in our community. A planned gift allows you to support our mission while also providing flexibility for you and your family.

Choose the percentage of your estate you wish to leave to KLCAS. -
Select the correct paragraph

Use the Trust Language if you are updating a living trust.

The trustee is authorized to liquidate assets as necessary to satisfy this distribution. This gift shall be used in furtherance of KLCAS’s charitable mission, at its discretion.

My executor is authorized to liquidate assets as necessary to satisfy this distribution. This gift shall be used at the discretion of KLCAS to support its programs and services.
