Klamath & Lake Homeownership Center (KLHC) is a new direct service addition to KLCAS Agency. Our staff is committed to improving access to homeownership by providing education, individual counseling and referrals to financial assistance and lending programs. The more you know about the home buying process, the more confident you will be when the time is right for you to purchase.

We also offer help to homeowners by taking a proactive approach to preventing foreclosure. We want to help you protect your home and your credit.
