LETTER OF THANKSThe Power Of Partnerships For The Good Of Our CommunitiesKlamath & Lake Homeownership Center, a direct service of Klamath & Lake Community Action Services (KLCAS); would like to recognize participating businesses and individuals that have come together for a win-win partnership in educating our Community. With national economic challenges and the State of Oregon at a 30% budget decrease, non-profit agencies deeply depend on shared support for the success of community programs. KLHC offers an 8-hour Financial Fitness and Home Buyer education class at no cost to participants in addition to one-on-one personal appointment’s that include budgeting techniques, specific steps to buying a home, and a foreclosure prevention program. We have also entered into a partnership with Klamath Falls City School District to co-teach a 16 week financial fitness curriculum as a pilot program offered at KUHS. From KLHC to YOU… a BIG THANKS TO THE FOLLOWING, we couldn’t do what we do without YOU:
Thank you for helping to provide a location, prizes, or guest speaker for our classes, collaborating with our agency to provide the latest updated information. By continuing the effort to educate both Klamath & Lake counties in healthy financial planning for all ages, sound home buying choices, and home retention; and by spreading the word about our services and referring clients to KLHC, OUR success is YOUR success. KLHC welcomes donations of small prizes and lunch sponsors for ongoing education classes. Michelle Scott, KLHC Homeownership Coordinator |
