Are you having difficulty making your mortgage payments? Are you in imminent danger of foreclosure? If you would like to discuss your situation in a confidential setting with a professional, certified Foreclosure Counselor, we are here to help. We help you protect your home and credit as well as identify foreclosure options. Please click the links below to download the foreclosure prevention documents. Once you have downloaded the documents, please follow the instructions in the Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Letter. This will guide you in filling out and gathering the required forms and necessary documentation. Once everything is complete, please call (541) 882-3500 to schedule an appointment with a Foreclosure Prevention Counselor.

Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Letter: includes a checklist of what you will need to complete and bring to your appointment.

Client Intake Form: General information required that we collect by the state. Your information is not shared with any outside agencies or organizations and is kept confidential.

Counseling Agreement and Privacy Statement: Describes the privacy of your information as well as the counseling agreement.

Authorization to Release Information: Authorizes KLHC to serve as your homeowner counselor and to speak on your behalf.

Credit Report Request: Gives permission to KLHC to obtain a credit report.

Workout Plan Worksheet: Information collected for loan modification.

Household Income & Assets Worksheet: Personal assets owend.

Budget & Expense: Outlines personal expenses.

Hardship Affidavit: Describes the situation that has created the hardship.
