Representative Payee Program
About Us
The Representative Payee Program is available to SSI/SSDI recipients who have been required by the Social Security Administration to have a payee, disabled veterans, and members of the community. Caseworkers who feel their clients would benefit from a payee may also contact us for help with petitioning Social Security to have KLCAS assigned as a payee for their client.
KLCAS is approved as an Organizational Representative Payee provider by the Social Security Administration. All payee monies are held in a collective account by U.S. Bank, and each account is managed individually according to Social Security Administration rules. KLCAS is fully bonded and insured and follows accounting and reporting rules as required by the Social Security Administration. KLCAS collects a fee from each account as allowed by the SSA.
