KLCAS partners with members of our community creating a social network which will empower people to become self-reliant, contributing members of our community. Here individuals can find resources which may be available to them within both Klamath and Lake Counties.
The referral component of our organization is a key piece to creating economic stability in people’s lives. KLCAS distributes approximately 500 resource guides per month to agencies and individuals. The KLCAS Resource Guide offers a list of agencies within Klamath and Lake Counties who provide support and services.
NEW: 2-1-1 info allows users to find the services they need when they need them in Klamath and Lake Counties. This service is also available state wide.
Community Action Partnership of Oregon (CAPO) lets users search for services available in their area.
Housing Connections offers information on state housing services.
Klamath-Lake County Food Bank provides useful information such as food pantry schedules.
Lions Club-Vision Sight & Hearing Aid Assistance provides assistance in obtaining eyeglasses or hearing aids.
Oregon Helps is an interactive website that will estimate potential eligibility for programs and assistance.
Oregon Law Help offers free legal information for low-income Oregonians.
Oregon Prescription Drug Program helps families and individuals with the purchase of prescriptions.
Oregon Telephone Assistance Program (OTAP) can help reduce phone bills.
